The City of Clearwater selected Wannemacher Jensen for the architectural and engineering design services to build a new Fire Station #47. The new Fire Station is anticipated to be a single-story building that is approximately 10,000 square feet. The City is looking for the new Fire Station to house 4 apparatus bays, include 8 to 10 dorm rooms, administrative offices, a day room with kitchen, and a weight/exercise room.
Wannemacher Jensen is currently designing the City of Clearwater’s Fire Station #46. We angled to provide the City of Clearwater with a prototype design that is safe and sustainable that allows continuity and integration of systems across multiple stations. WJ has designed fire station prototypes for the City of St. Petersburg, City of Largo, and Hernando County.
