In December, Wannemacher Jensen was awarded two continuing contracts:
Hillsborough County Public Schools – The School Board of Hillsborough County awarded WJ, amongst others, a contract for architectural design services for continuing services for projects coming in the next three years. These projects are all valued under $4 million construction cost.
St. Petersburg Housing Authority – The Authority selected WJ to provide architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis for up to five years for projects up to $1 million. The Authority provides quality, safe and sanitary housing to low-income residents of the City of St. Petersburg.
We are excited to add these clients to our continuing contract portfolio which already includes: the City of St. Petersburg, City of Clearwater, City of New Port Richey, City of Gainesville, City of Dunedin, and the Pinellas County School Board.
