This project is a complete refresh of the existing THEA Traffic Management Center (TMC). The renovation includes modifications to the entire building including their operations and management center, board room, offices, conference rooms and several lobbies.

There were extensive upgrades to infrastructure including technology, security, and building systems. The project received new finishes, lighting, and furniture improvements to approximately 28,000 GSF. The Board Room received a complete redesign and layout for better function for council meetings.

Focus was put on making more flexible spaces for collaboration, providing security for staff, and wayfinding to visitors. The design set to achieve open and brighter spaces by bringing light further into the building.

The use of textures, colors, and materials to create a calming, happy, and healthy place to work and serve the Tampa Bay area.
