Royal Poinciana is a 158-unit luxury condo building that includes two- and three- bedroom floor plans and penthouse suites located in Palm Beach, FL. WJ Architects provided an extensive interior and exterior transformation to this iconic art deco building.

Major interior renovations include reimagining each space, optimizing layouts to create modern living while introducing newly upgraded high-end finishes. A new ceiling design maximizes the height of spaces, and upgrades were made to all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Amenity spaces include a redesigned lobby and reception area, fitness center, marketing center, newly added business center, mail and package room, security office, and restrooms. Exterior renovations include a new Port Cochere and entrance design merging heritage with modernity. The pool was redesigned with upgrades to the surrounding hardscape and paving, and new, modern landscaping and lighting was installed to create an inviting outdoor environment for relaxation and enjoyment.
