Interior build-out is a 21,000 SF full floor renovation and new office space for a law firm in a modern-Traditional design aesthetic. The Project consist of 31 new partner offices and 9 paralegal offices, Administrative Suite, Title company office, 12 workstations, a large reception area, (4) conference rooms, and amenity spaces including a large break room, a new executive restroom and a lactation room, new and re-used mechanical equipment throughout.
