ConnectWise is an office headquarter relocation of Class “A” office space in downtown Tampa for a technology company. This project includes a variety of office spaces, training rooms, an experience center, and a broadcasting studio. The new 65,500 sf office space spans over 5 floors and is designed to be more conducive for meeting with partners. The layout offers a variety of collaboration spaces within a modern mixed-use location. This office serves as ConnectWise’s global headquarters and aims to meet a wide range of employee roles both nationwide and internationally. Given the ever-changing needs in the workplace, the facility is designed with adaptability in mind.

The goal of this project was to turn an existing space that lacked natural daylight and collaboration space across multiple floors of a tower in Downtown Tampa into an open space, collaboration hub. This was accomplished by providing large open collaborative areas and workstation hubs that we were able to fit the client’s needs for their all groups within their organization.
