One of the first waterfront condos in downtown St. Petersburg, The Bayfront Tower has been an iconic piece of the St. Petersburg skyline since it was constructed in the 1970’s. When it came time for a makeover Wannemacher Jensen Architects was selected to design various portions of the tower’s interior and exterior renovation.

Exterior renovations included replacing the aluminum screening that covered the parking garage, new paint, windows, and redesigning the first-floor carport.

Along with the exterior work, WJA also provided interior design services for the towers communal areas uniquely located on the 28th floor. The community library, gym, ballroom, bar, sauna, game-room and event space all received a complete remodel – making these once underutilized spaces a significant part of the condo’s appeal.
