Dade City City Hall and Police Station

Dade City, FL

This new 24,000 sf City Hall and Police Station, located prominently on a main street in Dade City’s urban core, was designed as a community building with civic presence. The new combination building consolidates city departments into one building and provides much-needed facility updates for the Dade City police department. Spaces located within include commission chambers, offices for city staff and department heads at the city hall side. 24 hour dispatch, detention processing and holding facilities, evidence processing and storage, patrol touch down work areas and department head offices and a city-wide emergency operation center round out the program at the police department side. The Commission Chambers doubles as flexible multipurpose space for neighborhood meetings and community get-togethers.
