Central Ave. Mixed-Use

This project included an assessment of the redevelopment possibilities for two blocks along Central Avenue. It was determined that demolition of the existing structures was necessary to maximize property value and to develop to the property’s maximum potential. The proposed new facilities included a new mixed-use residential structure sprawling the two blocks that would provide more than 350 residential units, 780,000 sf of street-level commercial space and an interior parking garage.
